OUR FOUNDATION, OUR PROJECTS, OUR PROGRAM

4 The Girls is a youth mentoring and motivational development program for girls ages 9-17. At 4 The Girls, we understand that adverse childhood experiences such as child abuse, neglect, bullying, family history of suicide, and poverty lead to increased suicidal tendencies in the youth.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death for adolescents ages 15-19 years old.

Every youth participating in 4 The Girls benefits from a foundation of education, community outreach, and a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

Supporting this vision, we value equal treatment of all and understand how diversity and inclusion are important to achieving our mission of empowering girls to be the best "Girl'' so they may become assets to themselves, their family, and their community. In doing so, we promote a stigma-free environment where everyone is accepted and treated equally regardless of race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, cultural values, age, and socio-economic status. For The Girls is committed to building an inclusive organization that welcomes all for what it can offer to young ladies to help them achieve their full potential.
